Front of House Roster – Main Page

This calendar is used to view the Front of House roster for each ILT season.

“What can I do for the theatre?”. How about Volunteering for the Bar/Kitchen during one of ILT’s production, and it’s only going to take a couple of hours of your time. ILT needs your help to fill out our Front of House Volunteer Roster for our productions.

Ideally, we would like 4 Volunteers at each performance, so why not have a chat with your fellow members and do a night together. It is a great way to catch up, have a bit of a laugh and help our theatre all in one night. For you newbies, do not worry. There is always an experienced volunteer rostered on each night/matinee of the season.

After you click through to the month you are after and then select the date to do your shift, you will notice there is a “Sign In” for a PIC. That is “Person In Charge”. It does not mean you boss everyone around though. The PIC is a volunteer that is experienced in the Front of House duties; ensures that the “Check List for Front of House” is completed; liaises with the Stage Manager as to when the patrons are to go into the theatre and makes the decision to cut people off from the service of alcohol.
